Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of VAMP products, purchases of digital books, toolkits, templates, downloadable resources, and other digital products are generally final once access or download has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a product you purchased, please contact VAMP so we can assist with restoring access or resolving the issue.

If a product is defective, materially different from its description, or applicable law otherwise requires a refund or remedy, we will address the matter in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.

Products marked Coming Soon are not currently available for purchase unless a preorder is expressly offered.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
